Description:
Kekkei Tōta or Bloodline Selection is the Special Ability that allows a Shinobi to combine three Chakra Natures, thereby creating an entirely new element. Revered as the most powerful form of a combination element, only a select few Shinobi have ever been able to achieve this level of Advanced Nature Manipulation. This requires that the Shinobi possess three (3) chakra natures. They must also have trained extensively over a long period of time. The Shinobi must also possess an existing Kekkei Genkai. They are then able to use the teaching and art of simultaneous activation of the previous Kekkei Genkai to add the third to the combination, and formulate jutsu with the new Bloodline Selection Advanced Element. However, once they have achieved this technique, their chakra flow harmonizes in such a way so that they are no longer able to fuse their elements in any other way except for the ways in which they are currently able to do so. This simply means that once a Shinobi learns a bloodline selection they are not able to learn any other advanced nature after that. Thus, learning multiple advanced natures beforehand is beneficial.

Description:
Genjutsu requires great intelligence and chakra control in order to perform. Genjutsu falls under a broad category of jutsu, titled 'Yin Release'. Those with superior talent in Genjutsu likewise have greater mastery of the Yin Release. Such mastery allows them to more accurately manipulate and tamper with the victim's flow of chakra to their brain, thereby creating more powerful illusions. This in turn makes the illusions more realistic, sometimes bypassing a persons perception. With this Special Ability, breaking out of Genjutsu is much harder for targets. Your illusions seem even more real than before and recognizing the Genjutsu can be hard even for those who also specialize in Genjutsu, but are not as proficient with the Yin Release. Likewise, you are able to see through illusions cast on you more easily as well.
S-rank - Your S-rank Genjutsu become more potent. You may see through all Genjutsu below S-rank fairly easily.

Description:
This Special Ability allows the Shinobi to perform hand seals faster than before, through extensive training. Essentially, this skill is the practice of moving and manipulating one's hands with expert efficiency, to the point where the human eye cannot follow them clearly. Depending upon the amount of hand seals required for any specific technique, a Shinobi could perform the string of handseals in a matter of seconds. This effectively cuts preparation time for some jutsu in half. Some jutsu may even take mere seconds to utilize. The user may also draw seals and draw and unsheathe weapons faster as well.

Quicksilver Devastation Wave is a Ninjutsu that utilizes the Mercury Element Kekkei Tōta of the Nidaime Mizukage. Performing 22 handseals, Akira creates and manipulates a large amount of mercury that rushes toward the target(s) in the form of a giant tsunami. It rushes at the opponent with intense force, hoping to swallow them up and expose them to the high level of mercury for even a moment. Once the wave settles, the immediate area is covered in a flood of up to three (3) feet of the liquid metal. Coming into contact with the mercury will cause mercury poisoning for friend and foe alike, as the jutsu is indiscriminate. The next step of the jutsu is the hardening of the mercury. If the target was lucky enough to escape, Akira can then shape the mercury to create hard spikes that shoot up from the surface. Because mercury is a natural liquid metal, the spikes are as tough as steel once hardened, however thy can not retain this shape for more than two seconds and will return to their liquid state almost as soon as they are formed. Taking even a graze from such a spike can expose a target to the toxicity of the mercury, which would mean the end for nearly all Shinobi.

Description:
This jutsu is performed with the Hydrification Technique and either a very large, existing source of water or by creating a large amount of water. Either way, the water is manipulated in a such a way so that it is hurled at the opponent, swallowing them up. This initial part of the jutsu uses a large amount of water, roughly the size of a large lake. It extends to a circumference of roughly 18 meters. Once the target or multiple targets, are caught in the raging water Akira begins to churn the water, causing it to swirl at great speeds. The outer portion of the boundary swirls in the opposite direction from the inner portion, thus pushing any who attempt to try and swim out of the jutsu back to the center. The swirling water picks up speed in a matter of seconds and a massive whirlpool drags the targets under the water. With the opponents under water, Akira utilizes the Hydrification Technique to merge with the outer boundary. He then causes it to converge with the top of the whirlpool, above the opponent, which begins to crash down upon them in an attempt to keep them forced under. The converging water, which contains Akira, takes the shape of a large Sperm Whale as it crashes into the opponent. This signifies Akira's chakra causing the density of the crashing water above to increase. In total, the depth of the jutsu can reach a maximum of 20 meters as the water begins to tower over itself, which is a testament to just how much water this jutsu utilizes to begin with. The crashing whale attempts to smash those trapped within the vortex below. The jutsu can be dispersed at any moment by Akira, at which point the water will rush away with the shape of the land and he will return to his original form.

Description:
Performing a string of 24 hand seals, Akira charges lightning nature chakra within his body. Building the amount of chakra up causes this to take the form of raw lightning chakra as he releases it. The lightning twists and arcs around his body until Akira begins to flash with the electricity's sheer power. With the wave of both hands, the intensely charged lightning is fired as a massive beam at the target. It speeds forward in an extremely fast manner, although it is not as fast as a natural lightning strike, nor as powerful. The beam reaches a maximum circumference of 8 meters and can travel up to a maximum distance of 15 meters before dissipating. A harsh screech accompanies the beam. Great Thunder Flash will incinerate anything caught in the blast on a small, direct scale. This jutsu poses several risks to the user as well. These include the sheer amount of chakra required to utilize the jutsu and the harsh effects of the lightning being released from the body. This jutsu requires Akira to use over half of his chakra. On top of this, the build up of lightning causes his skin to tingle, burn and damaging nerve endings with prolonged use. Depending on how long the jutsu was charged these burns might become permanent and death may be a result of releasing the technique should it be charged considerably. As such, it is labeled as a S-rank Kinjutsu. Though Akira has only used this technique in a training situation, he suffered from it. The burns he suffered were easily healed with time and medical Ninjutsu.

Description:
Similar in nature to the Water Dragon and Lightning Dragon Bullet Techniques, Kōryūdan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Mercury Element Kekkei Tōta of the Nidaime Mizukage. Akira performs 30 hand seals and then utilizing his Mercury Nature Chakra creates a column of the liquid metal that rises up in front of him. The mercury takes the form of a dragon as it continues to rise. It then curls in on itself and rushes to strike the target. It has a maximum range of 15 meters. This technique strikes the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage and will then explode outward in a radial fashion, covering the surrounding area in mercury. However there is an added danger. Due to the toxicity levels of mercury, any who come in contact with this jutsu will suffer from mercury poisoning within minutes from exposure to such a large amount of the element. A very large amount of mercury is used and thus preparation for this jutsu takes a bit longer than normal. Akira's proficiency with his Kekkei Tōta allows him to direct the technique, much like a homing missile. However, he can only do so within an eight (8) meter radius, after which the technique will follow a linear pattern for the rest of its 15 meter duration.

This technique allows the user to manipulate pre-existing ice or create ice and shape it into the form of an enormous whale with a long narwhal horn. This massive jutsu is created above the opponent and crashes down upon them in an attempt to attack. This technique is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponents movements, because of its size.

The user creates a large eruption of water below the target(s), reaching a maximum circumference of 8 meters. This throws the opponents into the air, at which point the user reforms the water into the shape of a spinning drill. The user simultaneously condenses the water drill as it spins, thus making it's killing and maiming ability greater. Finally, the user can extend the length of the drill vertically so that it can meet the falling targets, catching them in the jutsu. This uses a large volume of water and the drill can extend to a maximum of 8 meters in height.

Amassing water in the fingertip with their Suiton Chakra, the user fires a small, concentrated and dense water bullet at the enemy. The hand is formed to imitate a gun when they use this jutsu. The jutsu is so compact it is capable of piercing solid rock and flesh. However, the Clan member can only ever use this technique twice within an hour as condensing the water within his body takes great effort, concentration, and a large amount of chakra to form even a single bullet.

Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. This technique extends water over a large scale, causing the water to surges and rise up to several dozen meters high. It then streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, the jutsu resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.

Less of an armor, this technique uses the basis of the Hydrification Technique to create the jutsu. However, rather than using true water, this jutsu surrounds the Nidaime Mizukage in a layer of liquid that more closely resembles oil. Thus, the armor is very slippery and able to adhere to surfaces and even adhere to sand and crumble earthen structures. This makes it hard to physically restrain Akira.

Description:
By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses. In essence, the opponent can hear, feel, and smell out the user of the technique and break its effects by landing one hit.

The user creates a numerous amount of shadow clones from one shuriken. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with Ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible. this can be performed with Senbon, Shuriken, or Kunai and other projectile weapons.

The range of the jutsu extends up to 13 meters.

Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel water from his/her gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water which is capable of swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Thus, when used by a Shinobi with enormous chakra reserves , even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterward, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques.

The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls and steel doors.

Description:
Utilizing his Suiton Chakra Akira performs a string of 13 handseals. Using an existing water source a large cascading wave of water will rush toward the opponent, taking the shape of a Narwhal as it acts like a large projectile. The wave condenses as it takes its shape and the projectile will crash into the target(s), dealing heavy physical damage. An ideal place to utilize this jutsu is near a large body of water, but on occasion Akira will manifest the water himself. The amount of water is directly proportionate to Akira's skill and will determine how large the projectile is, as well as how much force it is launched with. To use the jutsu to its greatest effect requires crashing the projectile into the target so that it crushes them against a wall or other stationary object, dealing even more damage.

With further chakra utilization, Akira is able to split the two initial currents into several more. Akira's personal Lightning Style Taijutsu. This technique is considered a close-quarters combo. The first move involves a grapple that allows the opponent to be thrown to the ground in some manner. During the process of the first move, Akira charges an intense amount of his Raiton chakra into one of his knees with a hand seal, which forms the basis of the actual jutsu. Once the opponent is on the ground, Akira finishes with a forward jump-dive, leading with his knee into whatever part of the opponent is visible. Upon impact, the charged Raiton chakra is released through the knee and will nearly double the power of the blow, by burning the impact area with the sheer lightning. The effects of a direct blow can be akin to being struck by lightning if enough time is allotted for the user to charge enough chakra. Alternatively, the impact area may become paralyzed temporarily. If the impact is close enough to the heart and with bare contact, it may cause the initiation of fibrillation, but this rarely occurs as the current of electricity and other factors must fall under very specific circumstances. Overall, this technique causes sheer damage and possible paralysis more so than anything else.

Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person since the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. Any extra chakra the clone has when it disperses is also returned to the original. Because of the manner in which the clones are created, the user must divide their chakra among the clones, potentially using up all of their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones.

This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Shinobi Academy, and most Shinobi know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.
